Start your trip with a hearty breakfast – with everything your breakfast heart desires. Choose from the large breakfast selection what you want your enjoyable start to the day to consist of: from sweet pancakes, regional ham and cheese to fresh rolls with homemade jam. Accompanied by a freshly roasted coffee from Rauwolf, a drinking chocolate from Zotter or a tea from SONNENTOR? You are guaranteed to find what you are looking for here.
Each guest can choose individually from our breakfast menu. We also offer attractive breakfast packages for groups.
Ice time travel
...an adventure trip through ice history
Experience ice cream history with all your senses – and indeed with all your senses! Feel yourself transported back millennia to the Krumbach ice age, fly through the ice production in the Flying Theatre and enjoy the latest ice creations in our test kitchen.

At the Eis-Greissler manufactory in Krumbach, you can not only taste Eis-Greissler, but also experience it. In the adventure park next to the manufactory you can spend an unforgettable day with the whole group with games, fun and action.

Kulinarik-Stadl
...our restaurant
Our restaurant can seat up to 120 people and is therefore ideal for groups. We prepare fresh and hearty dishes for our guests. As with our ice cream, regional ingredients are particularly important to us for the dishes on our menu. That’s why we work with local farmers and businesses wherever possible. This makes the dishes from our Stadl taste even better.
Each guest can dine individually à la carte or you can choose from our menu for groups.
Coffee & Cake
...the refreshment in between
In keeping with Austrian tradition, coffee breaks are a must in the afternoon. In our Kulinarik-Stadl, we serve our house speciality “Waldviertler Mohnkuchen” with aromatic filter coffee from Rauwolf exclusively for groups. And because enjoying the afternoon coffee together is even more enjoyable, we set both coffee and cake nicely on the tables.
Farm shop

Of course, our homemade ice cream is also a must at our Eis-Greissler Manufaktur in Krumbach. In our farm shop you will find two large ice cream display cases with a huge selection of Eis-Greissler classics and the most unusual ice cream varieties. Our ice cream creations are available to eat straight away or in practical polystyrene boxes or, for selected varieties, in ready-to-eat 0.5 litre boxes to take home for enjoyment.
When browsing through our farm shop, you will discover not only our homemade jams but also many products from selected partners in the region. There are also many lovely gift ideas and souvenirs on the theme of country life.
Our tip: Take a cool bag with you to transport your ice cream!
