We are looking for a Head of Department (m/f/d) for our marketing team at the Eis-Greissler-Manufaktur in Krumbach, Lower Austria, in the middle of the beautiful Bucklige Welt.

Our employees impress with their personality, their experience and their commitment. Therefore, we determine the gross salary individually and according to qualifications, but at least € 3,200.00 gross per month on a full-time basis (collective agreement for employees in the catering and hotel industry).

Field of activity

Brand management and development: ensuring a consistent brand presence across all channels
Strategic planning & implementation of effective marketing measures incl. budget responsibility
Market analysis & trend monitoring for target group-orientated alignment of our activities
Development of creative campaigns for print, online and social media
Performance analysis & optimisation of all marketing measures based on defined KPIs
Collaboration with agencies & partners
Maintenance and expansion of our digital channels (website, social media, newsletter)
Independent content creation, e.g. reels, graphics, advertising material
Annual planning of marketing and event measures, taking into account seasonal highlights (e.g. holidays, Halloween, winter season)
Organisation and execution of events – from the idea to implementation
Leading and developing the marketing team
