As a communicative person, would you like to tell our guests about the history of ice cream and our company?

Our employees impress with their personality, their experience and their commitment. We therefore determine the gross salary individually and according to qualifications. The minimum basic salary for this position is € 1,910.00 gross per month on a full-time basis (according to the collective agreement for the catering and hotel industry).

Field of activity

Operation of Eis-Zeitreise tours (time travel train, lift, 5D cinema, tasting) incl. ticket sales
Support for tour groups and visitors
Organisation for a perfect event, e.g. preparation of the tastings
Representation of the company and its guiding principles
Cleaning activities
Compliance with HACCP and industrial hygiene regulations

Our expectations

Ideally professional experience in the organisation of company tours
Willingness to work flexible hours (incl. weekends, public holidays)
Communicative and open
Stress resistance, customer orientation and ability to work in a team
Groomed appearance and friendliness
Reliability, punctuality and ability to work independently
Good knowledge of German
Basic knowledge of English
