Where do the Shaolin monks❓ come from?
The Shaolin monks come from the legendary Shaolin Monastery in the heart of China, which has been the spiritual centre of Zen Buddhism and the cradle of Kung Fu for over 1,500 years. A sacred place for millions of Buddhists – a source of pure energy for martial arts enthusiasts.

What does it mean to be a Shaolin monk❓
Being a Shaolin monk means harmonising mind and body. Through years of training, meditation and strict discipline, the monks learn to master their life energy – the Qi – and to surpass themselves.

How to become a Shaolin master❓
The path to becoming a Shaolin master is long and demanding. Even as children, students come to the monastery to find their master. Perseverance, hardship and daily practice are necessary to acquire the secret martial arts and inner strength.
