At the foot of the Kapuzinerberg and only a few minutes from the banks of the Salzach, our Salzburg shop is located – and quite picturesquely under a historic vault.

Of course, we were inspired by the dreamlike location and the atmosphere in the city to create a new variety: a symphony of creamy nougat ice cream and crunchy pistachio brittle. Or in short: “Salzburg’s Nougat Dream”. The people of Salzburg are thrilled with the flavour, unfortunately Mozart’s own favourite ice cream has not been handed down – but we are sure that our Nougat Dream would have been to his taste as well.
