1. Competitions from Eis-Greissler/Eis-Greissler Manufaktur/Café Eis-Geissler (on Facebook, Instagram or directly on site)

The competitions are organised by Blochberger Eisproduktion GmbH, Königsegg 25, 2851 Krumbach. The respective closing date will be communicated directly at the competition on site or via Facebook or Instagram postings. Participation is free of charge and not linked to any obligation to purchase. The competitions are not connected to Facebook and are in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook. The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook but Eis-Greissler. The same applies to Instagram. By entering the competitions, the entrant accepts these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of Facebook Ireland Limited, available at facebook.com/terms

By participating in the competitions, the participant accepts that, in the event of winning, he/she may submit images to Eis-Greissler if required and Eis-Greissler may publish these on the Eis-Greissler/Eisgreissler Manufaktur/Café Eis-Greissler Facebook page, on the Eis-Greissler website or on the eisgreissler/eisgreisslermanufaktur/cafeeisgreissler Instagram account.

2. Participation

Employees of Blochberger Eisproduktion GmbH and their relatives as well as employees of any other companies involved in the competition are excluded from participation. The legal process is excluded. Participation is only permitted once per person.

3. Raffle task

In order to participate in the respective competition, the participant must fulfil the task that has been announced.

4. Determination of the winners

Winners will be selected by non-public draw after the closing date. If a winner is not available or cannot be contacted by usual means, an alternative winner will be selected. Winners will be notified by post, Facebook or Instagram message, comment or email.

5. Prizes

The prizes that will be raffled off are those that are communicated within the scope of the competition. Cash redemption or alternatives to the prize offered are not possible. The prize is not transferable. The legal process is excluded.

6. Data privacy

By participating in the competition, the participant expressly agrees that Eis-Greissler may collect, store and use his/her personal data for the purposes of conducting the competition and processing the prize and, if necessary, pass this data on to third parties for this purpose. The data provided by participants will be stored by Eis-Greissler with their consent. Eis-Greissler will take all technically and economically reasonable measures to protect the data it stores against unauthorised access by third parties. However, Eis-Greissler is not responsible if third parties nevertheless succeed in gaining access to this data in an unlawful manner. The data is used exclusively for internal market research and our own marketing purposes, as well as to send participants information about our products. You have the option at any time at info@eis-greissler.at to revoke your consent to the storage of the data as well as the use of the data for the aforementioned purposes and to request its deletion. By revoking the consent, the participant withdraws from participation in the competition.

7. Limitation of liability

Eis-Greissler reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control – without liability to entrants, the winner or any third party. Eis-Greissler accepts no liability for the acts or omissions of third parties. Eis-Greissler shall only be liable for damages – irrespective of the legal grounds – in the event of intent or gross negligence on the part of Eis-Greissler, its legal representatives or vicarious agents.
