We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for personnel administration at the Eis-Greissler-Manufaktur in Krumbach, Lower Austria, in the middle of the beautiful Bucklige Welt.

For the advertised position, we offer a monthly salary starting from EUR 2,400 gross on a full-time basis with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.

Field of activity

Support of the entire employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, employee development)
Professional support through the entire recruiting process – from designing advertisements and determining the search strategy to conducting interviews and successfully filling the job
Personnel administration (master data maintenance, registrations and deregistrations, time recording, creation of contracts and confirmations)
Employer branding activities and internal communication
Preparation for internal payroll accounting
Optional for personnel accounting experience: Support in the independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting for approximately 200 employees

Our expectations

Completed commercial training
At least 3 years of professional experience
Completed payroll audit (advantageous)
Good knowledge of labor law (advantageous)
Very good computer skills (especially MS Excel)
Knowledge of BMD-NTCS (advantageous)
Competent and discreet appearance
Independent, precise and structured way of working
Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
Organizational talent, solution orientation and flexibility
