We are looking for a coffee house kitchen manager (m/f/d) for our Eis-Greissler Manufaktur in Krumbach in the middle of the beautiful Bucklige Welt.

For the advertised position we offer a minimum basic salary of € 2,297 gross per month on a full-time basis with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.

Field of activity

Management of the coffee house kitchen team
Induction and training of new employees
Preparation and preparation of breakfast plates and ice cream cups in the coffee house
Assistance with ordering goods and stocktaking
Proper handling of food
Assistance with various cleaning tasks
Compliance with HACCP and industrial hygiene regulations

Our expectations

Completed vocational or school education in the catering industry
Several years of professional experience as a chef is an advantage
Willingness to work flexible hours (incl. weekends, public holidays)
No late shifts
EDP user knowledge
Willingness to work, motivation and reliability
Knowledge of German according to the job
Groomed appearance
